Recovered to cycle more after past week and a bit of health concerns & bike repair and service. 

Lil motivation today with cycling socks coming in the mail

Down but not out.

Beautiful weather, perfect breeze, and energised to make another decent leap forward in kilometres…

Unfortunately on the way home at approx 9km away (~18-20km round trip), I hit the kerbside at the wrong angle to go up onto a footpath and went over the handlebars, the bike needs a new tire and brakes to be repositioned. 

My un-manliness and hopeless mechanic meant I took to the bicycle to go get repaired yesterday along with its first service that’s due. 

Hope to be back on 2 wheels by the weekend to start aggressively riding towards my target. 

In the meantime I have one of those gym indoor bikes I’ll attempt to gain some km’s on.
